South African Tickets are well accepted world wide and are recognised by IMCA.
On successful completion of commercial diving courses, all students receive:
• South African Department of Labour Tickets (DOL ticket)
• IDSA Ticket (International Diving Schools)
Please note IMCA does not issue diving tickets – but
it recognises South African Class II training.

Equipment
Your job depends on your ability to use equipment. Our school trains you in the
use of a full range of modern, industry standard equipment – SCUBA, Surface Supply
Kirby-Morgan 18b, 17b, and 27b helmets, AGA & EXO 26

Tools and Work Tasks
Students are given evaluated work tasks and will spend over 40 hours underwater
in preparation for a career in diving; Underwater Welding, Cutting, Salvage, Diamond
Recovery, Small Boat Handling, Underwater Hand Tools, Hydraulic Tools, oxy-arc cutting,
welding, bolt guns, jetting, LP & HP Compressor and Chamber Operation, Rigging,
Wet Bell, Hot Water Suits and more.

Academics History, Physiology
First Aid, Diving Illnesses, Diving Laws and Physics, Underwater Hazards and Deployment,
Seamanship, Rigging, Legislation.

Practical Competencies
Practical Swimming & Survival, Practical Diving, Surface Procedures, Underwater
Emergencies, Diver Communication Systems, Underwater Tasks, Plant and Equipment,
Chamber Operations, Decompression.

Class III Training
Includes Department of Manpower ticket/HSE recognised ticket, IDSA ticket, DAN Oxygen
Provider ticket, First Aid ticket, Overalls & safety shoes.

Course Times
08h00 till 19h00 Six days a week and is mentally & physically challenging.
