Air Chamber Operator
This course is designed for chamber operators and attendants in commercial diving, focusing on essential skills and knowledge necessary for safe chamber operations and emergency procedures. The curriculum is divided into two main modules: Chamber Operations (CHOPP) and Chamber Attendant (CHATT).
Course Admission
To qualify for the 5 days on site skills training and assessment, the following is required:
- Copy ID
- Electronic colour ID photograph
- CV and certification of candidate
- Enrollment form
Course Structure
- Theory Component: Completed online independently prior to attending the practical training.
- Practical Training: Skills training and assessment, at The Academy of Diving and Offshore Medicine or another approved training centre.
