Entry Requirements
Prerequisites for Registration as Learner Air Dive Supervisor – Class III
- Course enrolment form
- Copy of ID / Passport
- Copy of Diver Card
- Colour passport photograph
- Letter of Recommendation from current DoEL Supervisor
- Copy of current DoEL dive supervisor permit
- Copy of current in-date DoEL dive permit
- Current CV
Department of Employment & Labour (DoEL) Minimum Requirements – Class III
- Minimum age: 21
- Minimum dives: 100 logged commercial dives
- Experience: Minimum 1 year after completion of Class III diver qualification
- Portfolio of Evidence: Including required panel hours and competencies
- In-date Diver or Topside Medical
- In-date Supervisor First Aid and O2 Certification
- Chamber Operator Certificate
- Online theory modules completed before onsite assessment

Onsite Assessment & Final Evaluation
Final practical assessment dates are arranged directly with the chosen training centre after completion of theory and POE requirements.

Certification and Outcome
