A learner supervisor pathway aligned to DoEL Class III requirements. Complete your online theory and Portfolio of Evidence (POE) requirements, including workplace supervisor sign-off, before attending the close-out training and assessment (2–3 weeks). ✅ This purchase includes: Online theory only (deposit). Practical training is invoiced separately by the training centre. 📌 Important: Theory must be completed before practical close-out dates can be booked.

Add the following required documents on registration

If you don't have a registration form, you can download it from the Course Collection Page

Please upload scans or photos of your dive logs from your logbook as proof to support your dive log summary form

Please upload a clear copy of your ID for South African Students OR your passport, for international students.

Please upload a clear copy of your Department of Employment and Labour Dive Permit/Ticket. This will be your "blue" card that was issued to you from the South African Government after completing your course.

Please upload 1 file that is a clear copy of your CV and all your diving related certificates.

Please upload a clear copy of your in date medical or topside medical.

Please upload a clear copy of your in-date Supervisor, level 2 first aid and oxygen administration certificate. If you do not have this certificate, please purchase your DMAC 11 training package here on our site on the homepage under "medical."

Please upload a clear colour photo that meets official ID or passport photo requirements. Selfies or casual photos will not be accepted.
