Air Chamber – Safe Use of Oxygen and BIBS

Oxygen BIBS Training is a core module for commercial divers and hyperbaric personnel involved in chamber operations and oxygen-based decompression and treatment procedures. It develops the knowledge and practical understanding required to use Built-in Breathing Systems (BIBS) correctly, manage oxygen delivery safely under pressure, and support diver care during routine and emergency chamber operations.

Oxygen BIBS is widely used in therapeutic treatment and surface decompression procedures and provides an effective method of delivering oxygen in a controlled chamber environment. Because oxygen use presents significant risks — including toxicity, fire hazards, contamination, and equipment failure — this module introduces safe operating practices, system components, correct application, troubleshooting, and essential oxygen safety protocols for both divers and chamber attendants.
