Top Up Class II Commercial Diver training is designed for individuals seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge in advanced diving operations after completing their Class IV and Class III diving certifications from an accredited training centre. This certification focuses on specialised techniques and equipment used in offshore diving, including air chamber operations and surface decompression methods.
Course Structure
- Theory Component: Completed online independently prior to the practical training start date. Topics include advanced diving theory, air chamber operations, surface decompression diving (SurD02), and wet bell operations.
- Practical Training: Delivered at The Academy of Diving and Offshore Medicine or another approved training facility. This intensive phase emphasizes advanced SSDE use, underwater tool handling, communication, offshore procedures, and complex diving operations under supervision.
