Quality Health Safety, Security, and Environment (Q-HSSE)
The Academy is committed to a safe, incident-free workplace every day. We work to reduce risks that could affect health, safety, and the environment. This is done by following company rules and conducting formal risk assessments.

HSEQ Principles

• We follow all laws and regulations.
• We stick to approved procedures.
• We give learners the information, guidance, and supervision they need.
• Learners are trained to do their tasks competently.
• We provide safe work systems with good planning and risk assessments.
• Clear training goals are set, and progress is reviewed regularly.
• All incidents are reported, investigated, and fixed.

New learners may not know how to handle safety in the workplace. If you’re unsure about anything, ask your supervisor for help or more details about HSE.
